By using Kogito you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Kogito.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. An account is for one person and may not be shared.

Your work

Submit only your own work. Exams are completed independently, without the AI tutor or outside help. Kogito checks every mark, and you may ask for one review of a checked result. We may withhold a result or certificate obtained dishonestly.

Using Kogito

Do not try to break or bypass Kogito’s security, overload it, copy its courses in bulk or use it to harm others. Courses and their content belong to Kogito; you may use them for your own learning.

AI tutor and credits

AI credits pay for the tutor across all courses. A reply costs only what it uses, and a reply that fails costs nothing. Credits are for use on Kogito and have no cash value. The tutor can make mistakes, so check its reasoning.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay. Access starts when your payment is confirmed. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we will put it right.

Certificates

A certificate confirms that you passed a Kogito course. It is not an accredited academic qualification.

Liability

Kogito is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Kogito after a change means you accept it. Questions? Use the contact page.
